The pool area was a total hit with the kids, and I appreciated the charming decor throughout the hotel. The common areas were modern and inviting, making it easy to relax. Oh, and there's a great vending machine in the lobby that sells mac and cheese!

I truly enjoyed my stay at Holiday Inn Express & Suites Sioux Falls Southwest By Ihg. The decor was charming and inviting, and the common areas were easily accessible, making my experience very comfortable and enjoyable.

More help needed for breakfast time.

The fitness center was a real highlight! It had two treadmills, an elliptical, and free weights, which made it easy to keep active during our stay. We also loved the convenience of having the Great Plains Zoo nearby for some family fun. Plus, the staff was friendly and made us feel welcome, even with our dog in tow.

My children wanted a heated pool to enjoy. It would be great if they could make sure the pool and hot tub are at optimal temperatures for families.

I was greeted with a warm smile and a complimentary Happy Hour featuring good snacks and drinks, which helped me unwind from my travels. The breakfast spread was very nice, with options like Cinnabon cinnamon rolls and hearty scrambled eggs that made my mornings perfectly sweet and filling.

Sioux Falls never disappoints! The pizza joints around here serve up some killer, made-from-scratch pies that’ll have your taste buds dancing. Breakfast at the hotel was a delicious treat too, with tons of options that outshine typical hotel fare. And the pool? A total hit with the kiddos, making it a family must for those traveling with little ones!

However, it was a bit of a letdown with the cleanliness. Our sheets had hair on them, and the corner room was noisy from the wind all night.

The room was pretty spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable enough for a good night’s rest, which I appreciated. I had a nice shower with decent pressure, too. Just wish there were more USB outlets available because I was charging multiple devices. Also, the decor seemed a bit dated, could use some freshening up. But overall, I had a decent stay.
